Used Excel to create a macro that increased the Semco sales team's ability to determine which product was available for shipping vs customer needs. This reduced 2 hours of work to 5 mins per sales agent per day.
I received a bonus from the president of Semco Instruments for creating the macro and implementing it.
Chosen to be a SuperUser for Washington Mutual. I was one of 10 in the country chosen. I flew around the country training new Loan Processors and Underwriters on how to use Optis 2, a loan processing software.
I broke the record of 400 calls by answering over 1,000 customer service calls in one 8 hour shift, with no hang ups, while working at Washington Mutual.
Created all reporting, leaderboards, and other mechanisms to track participant progress and money raised during Momentum's Out and About fundraising event which raised over $100,000.
Created a bonus program for employees that resulted in an increase of answered inbound calls without sacrificing quality, at Concorde Communications.
Spearhead of yearly "give back to our community" momentum Toy & Food drive during November and December. Cultivated relationships with other organizations that serve families in need to be recipients of raised Gift in Kind donations. Raised over 200-300 items every year.
